In the midst of hardship, disaster, and pain, it's easy to move our eyes off of God and focus solely on our circumstances. There's little room for thanksgiving and praise when all around us is in turmoil. But when we choose to focus on what we still have and see the blessings of God in every circumstance, we find something new rising up in our hearts: hope.
